i'm pretty sure he just mis-worded, and wants a list of trackers where the user can't just change their email themselves. ALL trackers can have email addys changed by the admins, but weather or not they WILL is another question all together.

Sure. Anyway it's a stupid thread to start because it's obvious why he asks...

I think its a great thread, perhaps traders will read this and say, I can't change the email, so why bother trying to get it for trade?
