I think you need to pay to get the access, the best thing to do is to download from trackers with good pre times and then upload from there.
Fill an uploader form in the tracker you wish to be a part of :)
Rarely do trackers hook people up with axx. Fast lines are more common than leech axx.
well i think you need to obtain a linux server, which you can dedicate to the ftp site. otherwise you have nothing to contribute with. the other solution is to pay someone for access to their server.
Most people will not publicly broadcast if they have axx or not. The people that release straight from the scene are very secretive. I was just reading some dox the other day about how these uploaders on swebits got busted by a group of scene dectectives who root out leechers on the scene. For all the people with axx know, you're part of a team like that ready to bust their ass and get them de-affil'd.
I don't think makin' an advertisement like this on a public forum will get you anywhere...
Yeah I really like how open and cooperative this forum is, but especially since FBI and so fight the scene, they need to be very carefully..
SCC is a pretty fast tracker due to high speeds and fast pre times

I think a 100/100 line on the scene is nothing special, you have to have more to offer than just that.
