SweDVDR and DVDClub both great.
top sites ... oh wait
BitHQ... DVD5 + DVD9 new and old. Excellent selection of genres as well and good speeds with active community.

nobody mentioned swebits....... its got excellent speeds and content , and is easy to get in as well.

TheDVDClub is excellent. Plus, they frequently offer DVDs that don't count against your ratio, but when you seed you still get the credit. You can't hit and run there, though. You have to seed for at least 72 hours or 70% or you'll be warned.

TheDvdClub is best in my opinion...
Great selection to choose from and on "occasions" as in Hallowe'en or Xmas ect.. they have a good selection to meet the occasion.
TheDvdClub is very good all round.
Also TTi is quite good too.

It happens to be a pretty good tracker I would say for PAL users not NTSC users, if you arent swedish its useless at times Dvdclub is a good site run by great people like Night, also another one you should check it is public trackers they have the older ones, but if you are looking for Replica Scene copies you have no need to look further than tlQuote:
