Has anyone ever bypassed traffic shaping 4 free?

Re: Who has the strongest encryption...Azureus, or Utorrent
there is no fool-proof way to beat the shapers. it depends on the shaping tools your provider is using.
change your isp.

type deluge in google, download it and it will likely bypass BT shapping. Take care as it's only around v.0.5 so it has like a million billion bugs

Re: Who has the strongest encryption...Azureus, or Utorrent
it still has lots of bugs, in some trackers it's not even recorded as a client and it apears in the client list as ---- , in some the upload doesn't record properly, all sorts of bugs , it lacks common functions like stop torrent and stuff, it still has many bugs , but for download speed it works for most people

Having the header and message portion of the BT packets encrypted will bypass every form of traffic shaping that ISPs use (except Comcast's Sandvine) and passive surveillance.

Yes i use to work for Comcast, left them recently. The sandvine software they have implemented to thwart bittorrent traffic is quite strong. They can still track your packets even with encrytion enabled.
