I've taken this three times, guessing on all the visual parts and my lowest score was 118.
Last time I didn't even move the cursor, just clicked the same answer for all of them.

Like most Internet IQ test, you probably get 100 pts. just for clicking start.
Then you can get another 45 pts. on top of that for buying your test results printed on a t-shirt.

EDIT: The funny thing is when I was in my teens my IQ was about 135.

General knowledge is culturally specific and measures little. The most accurate tests (for what that is worth) are culturally neutral.
I did one of these tests a while back and was gnawing my own leg off with boredom by the end. I was rewarded by a gratifyingly high mark but it was scarcely enough to compensate for the tedium it put me through (it went through interminable stages and types of questions)
