Hdbits.org is the best. But it's only by invite and it's always full.Hd-bits.ro is open for signups. ;)

Hdbits.org and BIT-HDTV are probably number 1 and 2. HDbits is full and BIT-HDTV has opened its invites for a couple of weeks....
