Highest I got with Vectoral was 11mbs
so expensive Setup Fee on Giga-International !!!!

damn setup fee on that one is 60 euros
only way to avoid it is pay a years advance lol
I recommend vectoral, their speeds are very good, the only negative thing i have heard about them is their support is not the best
