There's not a 12pm either as it happens.

There's 00.00 and 12.00 (or 12 noon).

Tell that to my computer. Twice a day it flashes 12:00 am or 12:00 pm to me.

So, does this mean that time-sensitive viruses have to be triggered using a different code? This is all very interesting.
