yes, they're having overloading problems since few days. Nevertheless their forums are up, and there is a topic about it where you can track the situation.

Probably just resolving some server issues.

our forums are on a different server... you should register there as well to get the latest news...

It is down, latest news are that the monkeys are at work on fixing the issue. I think we have a fine server for week days... but come week end... and bam, we get overloaded.
