I was a member of E***o for over 60 weeks donated 3 times and never had 1 problem at all gr8 ratio allways but i started using 2 of my own seedboxes by myself at the same time i think that might be the problem but i can,t find out please help what to do how to contact some1 who can help or see see what is the problem with my acct and how i tried the IRC channel and i get that Unknown host. Maybe you misspelled it?
2 seedboxes? There's your problem. You had multiple IPs uploading/downloading on the same account, and they took this to mean you were sharing your account or trying to illegitimately boost your ratio. I suggest finding someone on here who can give you the IRC information and plead your case there. I think if you just tell me that you were using 2 seedboxes up front you should be fine.

i wouldnt think it would be swell with e***** if someone leaked you the password, unless you can either convinved them you knew the password in your head :P or give it to another e***** member and ask them to tell them your story :P

but it's your fault.......you should've checked with them if it's ok to use 2 seedboxes......or ask in the forums
not many trackers allow the use of 2 seedboxes on the same account
