Quick question, is file mirroring allowed on private trackers? Meaning, I download a file from tracker "A" and notice that tracker "B" has the same file, can I just seed the file which I downloaded from tracker "A" on "B"?
I just registered on a tracker, not sure if I'm allowed to mention names but it starts with a Z and according to their FAQ, it's considered cheating.
Is this an unwritten rule on other trackers or is it allowed?

also some sites don't allow pre-seeding so you better ask the staff on your trackers about that.
