like say there's a scene release that lots of the private trackers has, aren't you able to add the trackers to the same file so you can seed/upload?

Are you saying when they have the same HASH you add the announcing tracker details to the single torrent in your client.
Ive dont this before but sometimes i like to seed all my bandwidth to just one tracker, when you add others you dont know where the bandwidth is going
You do that, only on public trackers. Not on private trackers. ( i know so )

if you want to seed the same stuff to different public trackers /with one torrent file/, i think it is possible just by adding the trackers' announce information.
but, if you want to do this with private trackers, it is not possible, because your passkey is different on each tracker. nevertheless, you will be able to seed, but with two /3, 4, etc/ different torrent files /the number depends on how many trackers you want to seed to/.
