Hi....
I ordered a dedicated AMD package from hosting-ie and its been 5 days now and I haven't heard anything back from them. I've gotten a payment receipt from them, but when I e-mail them, I never get any response.
In your experience, how long does hosting-ie take to setup their servers?

i think i once saw up to 2 weeks

On their website it says 6-8 days!
took closer to a month for me for a dedicated heard vps is faster
2-3 weeks is not uncommon, but they do change the billing date to the date they send you the login info.
No need to panic, and whatever you do, don't expect too much from support, unless you are level 2 managed!
Took about 3 weeks for mine.
And support is pretty bad. I agree.
Mine was online in 7 days.
One thing get 1 gig of ram if you can .
It will help alot.
mine took about 2 weeks, and there support was shit.
Mine took around two weeks to set up, but mainly because I ordered during the holiday season. You will get instantaneous support if you contact them via ICQ. They are usually online all day during business hours.
Thanks guys! I thought with such a high setup fee they'd get it going quicker than that. :)
Took me about 4 days for it to be set up.
It also depends on if you pay with Paypal or Credit Card directly with them. If you pay with Card setup time will be 6-8 days according to my confirmation email!

mine took just about 5 days, as soon as you paid you should try to talk wih them on icq

I just emailed them and they canceled my contract, so i have to sign up from the beginning!

I did order last week my 4th server with them , this time Dedic Raptor Pro Lin 581, they set is in 3 working days, so i think they have it in stock.

Just ordered, let see how long it will takes :)
took me almost 2 weeks to get mine setup, there email / helpdesk support is also shocking.
That being said, once the machine is setup and running the speeds and performance are fine.
