Can you log in to ScT from two diffrent IP's. Because im currently using a diffrent PC with a diffrent IP and I dont want to get banned. I know this question has been asked before but I cant find it.

well i dont think anything major should happen, except that your ip log will be saved. thats it.
why dont you ask the staff in the irc there? they know better
max. 3 ips logged in the same acc.
(that's what they told me 5 month ago)
what about ppl with dynamic IP ?
dynamic IP's are usually from the same range, and can be distingushed easily enough by staff.

Yes. A torrent is associated with the user when it starts, and only at that moment is the IP relevant. So if you want to seed/leech from computer A and computer B with the same account you should access the site from computer A, start the torrent there, and then repeat both steps from computer B (not limited to two computers or to a single torrent on each, this is just the simplest example). You do not need to login again when closing the torrent.
However please bear in mind there is a limit of 3 IPs per user
Yup, you can have up to 3 ips on one account, but be careful if you have someone else using your account with you. If he/she cheats, say bye bye to your account.
