You know what would be neat, was if there was a list of sites which are important enough to make a new thread to talk about the site going down, and which ones aren't as important, so should go into the proper thread for this kind of problem.

Tracker is saying "A connection with the server could not be established"

could be routing problems. I had a similar problem in the past , i couldn't log in for almost a week ,but for everyone else the site was working fine. So ,i suppose it's just a matter of time

i just got back in; it's weird, one second i can't even get simple elements in the style sheet to show up and the next everything loads really quickly ;/

what ever is happening the same things are happening to me at the same times as you, like others are saying, my guess is routing (you live next door :P )

For me is not down cuz i haven`t this. I dream for this, but one day maybe i have the luck to get this.

What does FSC stand for?
