The movie is horrible. It has to be the worst movie I've seen since Dragon wars. If you do go waste your money on this piece of crap be sure to bring a barf bag, the movie motion itself will make you sick.
I got used to the motion sickness so it was awesome for me.

Well I just finished watching this & it was a waste of money, it was only worth waiting for dl'ing the rip.
Most of the action was the 4 people running, very few shots of the monster & they werent even that great of shots. But it had a more realistic POV than movies do. I dont want to spoil the movie so I wont say anymore except I was very disappointed. Watching the trailers before the movie was more exciting. So save your money.
Maybe because 90% of the voters were kids like the ones all around us on the opening night & anything is awesome to themQuote:

I didn't think the movie was all that bad. The only thing I didn't like was the shaky camera movement and how stupid the characters were.
Spoiler: ShowThey never carried any kind of weapons to defend themselves against the smaller creatures, they went to the center of town to save a love interest right where the monster was,they saw rats running away by the 1000's and they walked instead of running also, they deserved to die because of how stupid they were lol
I think the movie would of been 10 times better if done with normal camera style instead of the blair witch way.
The monster was bad ass and no way near Godzilla, that was kewl.
best movie of 2008 i expect (not 2008 as in all the movies so far lol - i mean of 2008. period. :D)

Just like the characters and the people in New York, you have no idea, no real clue as to what is happening and why. It is complete chaos. If you go to this movie expecting a story and a happy ending then you WILL be disappointed. This movie is designed to put you into a chaotic, horrible situation. If you let yourself get lost in it, you will feel hopelessness, confusion and pity for the poor people involved and this is exactly what makes the movie so powerful.
I had a great time watching it, the girl I was with screamed and held on tight during a few parts. If you give it a chance and let your imagination accept what is on the screen, it can be a very terrifying experience!
It wasn't that bad of a movie it had some pretty good scenes and some of it was scary. The only problem for me was that it didn't really have a story.

the photography and the director are awesome , sometimes i felt it's real not a movie
before i've watched it , i thought it's another monster movie but actually it's very good written and very nice movie .
