Hi,
I just got a message from a tracker saying that all uTorrent users should upgrade to uTorrent 1.7.6. I currently have uTorrent 1.6.1 and I really like it. Should I upgrade to 1.7.6 or will that affect my connection/stats/chances of staying on other trackers?

Nearly all trackers are forcing 1.7.6 so just do it!

So right...we're being forced to - i just hope no one's been paid off in the dev team to lie to us and it's all legit :| - the MPAA/RIAA will stop at nothing.

i never had any problems with utorrent 1.6.....if its not broke y fix it
As long as all trackers accept the new version is fine by me. I just hate when some trackers want you to upgrade and others ban the new clients.

I use 1.7.6 no probs.
I dunno why most trackers are forcing it if its a rare bug tho..
