I'm not a member at that particular place but one strategy could be to browse its torrents by leechers so you can see what's popular. Demand + seeding = better ratio

not really guys like they have said above if he jumps on things that have little seeders he will be alright also i notice video games are good to.
despite what people say, you don't need anything special to seed if you havent got an amazing connection, only some patience. there are plenty of members and if you leave torrents open in your client you'll seed back eventually.
Just grab 2 or 3 rar files (40 to 150 megs) from any xvid or dvdr movie as soon as it is upped, and then seed, seed, seed.
Edit: You Do Not need a seedbox to survive at ScT, just some common sense and some patience.

You don't necessarily need to seed really popular files either, just make sure you jump on some torrents the second they are uploaded. Maybe use the RSS downloader thing too if you're using utorrent (downloads torrents automatically when they are uploaded)

i dont have seedbox and seeding at sct isn't a problem. and i have only 1mb upload... just sit down, wait for some new torrent(dvd is good), download 1-2 rars and seed. so easy
I dont have a seedbox either, and only 80kb/s upload. Seeding is extremely easy on sct if you are not downloading like crazy. Start by only downloading parts of newer files, and see how your ratio does, based on that you can decide for yourself how much and what to download. No one can tell you what is best for you, just use your best judgment and you'll be fine.

Get a seedbox!
If you have to go dl from tl to seed to sct. Whats the point! If you have TL you have a better tracker with more files thats easier to seedback. If you dl a topshow the moment it comes out, say simpsons or prison break. Seed it back for 1 week you will be lucky to it .5 ratio. If you don't have a really fast internet connection, money to p2l or access to a seedbox to buffer the account you shouldn't have never taken the invite bro.

Partial seeding is key. Also download torrents with alot of potential leechers to seeders. Also i would download a movie, game, or tv show from another site then download the same file on sct so you can seed versus's using up dl ratio. It took me a good 3 weeks to get the hang of it. It's tough at first but after alot of thought and getting familar with the site you'll do fine.;)Quote:

Just wait until they have triple upload and free leech on. Could take half a year but I waited for that aswell, got nice buffer now :P
I don't think there's much of a reason to use the site if you don't have a fast upload. Just stick with sites like RTT and TL.
