go to tbdev and ask there, but make sure the person that offers has plenty of mods that he has done and knows what the hell they are talking about.

and hmm if you are a coder, then you have full access to the db and the servers, you also can seee all IPs, All donations that have come in, etc etc etc.
its a very sensitive area a tracker db, so to me, it would take someone i could trust 100% to get in there, luckily i have 2 staff members i can trust 100% that help me out.

If a coder has all that access on a tracker then hiring any joe is not the way to go like stoi stated. I don't think starting a tracker is for you mate. I'm an intelligent guy but i don't have enough skills or the team to start a tracker. Or the start up money for hosting and web servers. Plus doing all theses tasks and having different roles on a tracker is done for free not payment. It's like a hobby, you don't get paid to do it. You lend your time and hope for the best through donations and hard long hours and work. It's a thankless hobby (job with no payment).
