I think if all charges get dropped then they will definitely come back. If not, then it's for sure the end of Oink.cd forever unfortunately. unless they create a new site which would be highly unlikely if he gets convicted on any charges. For some strange reason i see the ressurection of Oink coming back by March 2008.
