Mind you, the above 3 are almost on par most of the times when it comes to pre times. But the uploaders do sometimes forget to upload a rls here n there in between :p
Bitmetv is only good if your looking for a season pack, it is almost always uploader there first :)
SCC, specially appz on the 0day tab... usually less than 30 seconds :P

from what ive seen SCC usually beats TL with popular series prison break etc
depends on what you want, for me its mainly tv shows which is sct and scc. bmtv is usually right in there as well but usually a couple seconds to a couple minutes behind depending on the popularity of the show.

SCC/RevTT/TL/SCT-all fast,and all within 30min pre
SCC got the best pre-times ever, it's crazy, few seconds seconds for the latest softwares.
Definitelly SCC. It is faster than BitmeTV although SCC is not specialized on TV Shows. BitmeTV has a lot more.
The only one that might be faster is ScT but we are talking seconds sometimes.
I'm speaking, of course, from those I know.
ScT > SCC > FTN
I find SCC to be the best for pre-times :P
SCC and ScT are best easily. ST ain't too shabby, neither is ftn. I don't know what you are on about with TL, that is not a quick pre times, and all the same leech speeds are slow.
For me is SCC coz i don't have another great sites like SCT or FTN,etc.:(

th0r scc only needs a small tweak and ftn and i know it will kick sct ass any day on pre!!

SCC is insanely fast when it comes to music and appz 0day uploading.
Not a member of SCT, FTN or TL so I don't know about them...
SCC. Cant compare it to Sct coz I dont have an account with them. ;)
Its SCC for the things that it does upload (things with lots of leeches)
On not so popular files and DVDR's ScT.
Tv shows, Movies, Small docs etc = SCC ftw.
If quickest means browsing speed it must be SCT.
If we consider pretimes it's SCT, SCC, Bithumen (games)
As for download - speed it is SCT, IPlay, Czone, BH (Hungarian stuff)

And in terms of popular files SCC takes the cake.
I don't really care about pre time, and we're talking about seconds to several minutes differences between ScT, FTN, SCC, TL, RevTT, etc.
if you are a uploader on a small site looking to get releases up asap it makes a difference
