TL Invites are not closed, every poweruser got 1 invite quite a while back! As by KSALAM's suggestion I updated the picture, no exact ratio given but a overview of the most recents posts included as prove that its not a old screenie
Some people have an invites there but they cant use them

yes, you can send an invite, but can't be used. So there's no point about it.
