ScL community is better
ScT content is better
SCT > ScL
sorry there is no easy way to compare these 2 trackers. It's like apples and oranges. Sct is an established tracker with a broad user base. Scl is a brand new tracker with not even 1/10th of the user base but it looks like it has a bright future. They are both very high quality trackers. It depends what your into.
you can't compare a small restaurant with the biggest mcdonalds in town.

ScT pwns every other tracker, not to mention ScL. Besides having great speeds & a good variety of torrents they have an excellent community. It's an ancient myth, that ScT's community's crap - someone said it once and now everyone keeps repeating it. I can't come up to any other tracker with such active members and staff. Always new polls, comps etc. You always have something to wait for.

compare between their start up (although its not fair also from sct side )as scl start is a wide jump
ScL and ScT are two completely different kind of trackers. ScT got the wide content, the better pretimes and speeds, and more users, whereas ScL has the packs and community. Compairing these two is like compairing which of a Ferrari and a Saab is the better car. It depends completely on who you are and what you are gonna use the car for :)

One doesn't really need to be a member to know something that obvious. I'm one of the first members to register on scl and what I see at the moment is a list of torrents with average 3 peers on each torrent. Not to mention the forum - each section has about 10-20 topics. I understand that the tracker is relatively new, but that's exactly why you shouldn't compare it to ScT. Whichever one you prefer for whatever reason is what suits you best.
If you have both, then great, if not then try to get both, you won't be disappointed with either of them and both are different enough to complement each other.
It's not about who vs who, it's about what you want from a tracker, and if you don't like what's on offer, move on and try somewhere else.
