Collect torrent sites or collect content?
I used to download DVD after DVD only to burn and file them away. I never even watched 1/4 of them. Now I just DL what I want to watch/play/use and usually delete it a week or two later.

i'm kinda picky about what i actually want to download. so sometimes i get an acco0unt at a site just to check them for a while. There has never been a really good stand up comedy site though. that makes me sad.
I don't collect and never will, but I do enjoy variety. You never know what you're going to find and where, especially when it comes to older material. A prime example was when I was looking for a movie called Dances with Wolves. I couldn't find it anywhere... except nCore. It took me 15 days to download but needless to say being part of that tracker paid off. :)I'd like to think I'm privilaged enough to be a part of all the trackers I'd ever need. No sense in trying to obtain those that I'll never use, especially since I don't trade. :yup:

Nope, definitely no. I download from every tracker I am member of, not for keeping the accounts alive, but for the stuff I like to have.
For example: hdbits.org is way better than hd-bits.ro, but hd-bits.ro has stuff you won't find at hdbits.org. I don't think having both makes you a collector. ;)
