IE 8 is garbage. It doesn't render web pages correctly and it's slow as fuck.

The moment I emulate IE7, it is a speed demon.

Haven't most versions of IE not rendered pages correctly? That is, it differs from mozilla and opera.

LOL I can't check my hotmail with it. Seeing as hotmail is microsofts you think their browser could render it.

Firefox rocks my world since a long time and I don't really see that changing in the near future.

i had also tried thi IE 8 beta and have to say it is not so good yet but thank you for the find.

It's definitely not improvement over the IE 7.

Methinks Opera and FF are better choices.

They better not break something or deviate from w3c again.

Every fucking version of exploder introduces new quirks you have to work around when coding.

First beta.I wait to see the development of this.I hate ie too, but its good news if it's better than 7.

I've tried FF and Safari.

Firefox was nice, but I didn't like managing another browser that , for my purposes, was just useless. If you're really into browser customization, FF is--without a doubt--for YOU!

Safari was great. Looked wonderful, clean font smoothing, pages loaded fast! Wish IE would learn a few lessons from them...Still it was a second browser and is severely mismatched from Windows.
