The Geo maybe. I'm not that into cars though.
What if he wanted a personal tracker, I would have gone for the Blue Star one myself.
There's no such thing as "best tracker"... It depends on what you're expecting, what you need... There's topic with trackers reviews - pick something :P

well maybe I see that TL is the best tracker but someone else thinks that it's the worst
so you should try them one by one and pick what you need the most
