Is TL invite request leagel?

its leagal but only vips have them at the moment so it will be not easy to get one

I got it the last time and didnt use it, So I should have it too

ive been a member there for almost 2 years, in that time, ive gotten 3 invs.

I'm PU and I have 1 so, not only VIP's have invites...
