:P Are you asking or saying? :P
Actually I have no idea what you're on about - never heard that expression before.
on my jack jones !!!
who the feck is jack jones ?
I don't know him either!
 Dammit!
Anyone care to explain these European expressions to a confused Yank?
From the slang dictionnary, Jack Jones = alone, so "on my Jack Jones" should mean something like "on my own"
Still searching the "Billy" stuff
Brb going for a "forest gump"
Is this some kinda cockney thing ? lol
Is that the same as a Forest Dump? :blink:Quote:

I used to think entomology was the study of the roots of words.
How embarrassing is that.
You can imagine how I felt when I discovered it was etymology.
Well, all you had to do was work the bugs out - then you were ok! ;)

Another example for me would be the word Asylum Seekers.
I thought for a while that asylum seekers were people looking for a nuthouse. Arent asylum, a nuthouse???
Does anyone (looking in the direction of Lamesy) know what the meaning of “Clu Mhor.” I am presuming it is Gaelic.
Since you "know better" now... care to let me know what it mwans?Quote:

 Billy, Todd and Jack must be related then.
Guess they're the Jones brothers. :P
I think it doesn't really mwans a thing. ;)
Googled for a while, playing around with different versions of the above, but not one single hit.
How common can it be then?
Twat are you getting at Ron? <_<
its very common offline, just not online.
Unless someone says "Hey, speak to you later, gonna go play with todd." in which case, is a bad thing to say. :P
I think 'clu mhor' translated from Irish is 'Great Fame' or something similar.
Hmmmm....Quote:
"Clu Mhor"
Sounds like a pimp saying he wants someone to explain something to one of his prostitutes. :P
no thats 'Claw More'. :D
Maybe I'm pronouncing it wrong....
Looks like "Clue m'whore" to me....
But then again - I don't speak Irish. :P
I'd pretty much come to the conclustion you didn't speak English either ;)Quote:

He didn't just coincidentally happen to be wearing tight pants did he? <_<
Well, he did have a very nice VOICE over the phone, Titey. After I said that there was a long pause, and then he went on like nothing happened and so did I. My co-worker was laughing hysterically in the background!!! :DQuote:

What about "wankers?"
I searched for it, and found that it means a whole lot more than jerkin' the gerkin'.
Why wankers?
Was there a cronic masturbator named wankers?
It also means goin' crazy, so a cronic crazed masturbator?
