Demonoid does. Most trackers dont have them cause they're not scene torrents.

Hmm making a tracker for aXXo movies and other torrents, but currently i dont have my seedbox so the speed is slow because my bloody ISP is throttling the bittorrent upload speeds, im looking for seeders/uploaders too.
