The thing is, everyone will join a few trackers, but you clearly seem to treat it differently. By saying "All I Need" right above a nice little family of smilies, I think you're pretty much telling everyone who sees your signature that you are just looking to complete your collection. I think I've seen you bump that request thread a bunch of times too.
If you were a good potential user, someone here would see you're worth an invite I'm sure.

Trust is needed to be established before inviting someone to FSC.
Most of good members here are also members on all these and other sites.
One of the differences here, these so-called good members asked/pm'ed peers/friends for the invites or they got invited without asking.
If you're a good member here, sooner or later you'll be invited.
Other people will see that and trust will be established over time. People will see that you're helping out other users by answering or directing their questions or needs.
