you may have a more realistic chance of getting on a site like torrentleech or sceneaccess. basically if all sites were open signup everyone would forget about ftn within a week.

dude, tons of ppl manage to keep a good ratio with lower uploading speeds.
with 1mbit you can upload up to 120kb per second.
let's say you're seeding 5 hours a day. that is a bit more than 2gb.
do that for one month and you have 60gb uploaded.
and that is only for 35/168 hours of seeding in one week.
the point is you should be fine with a-reguler-tracker-ratio-system.
