You're alright, I think they extended opening hours depending on where you'll be.
depends on the licence the bar/club/pub owner has, ordinary pubs are 11:30-ISH.
some clubs and bars can have up to 3:30-6AM-ISH.
raves and festivals can have all nighters or 6-7AM-ERS. :w00t:
what ever happened to the 24h pubs idea?
meeting old buddies in oxford.
arrive gatwick 19:30
whats the fastest way to oxford from gatwick?
bus is 2.5 hours hence give\ take arrive 11pm...
30minutes of pub is a short time.
Cab should be reasonable. It's not that far.
Or maybe a train.

The cost of a single ticket from Gatwick – Oxford is approximately £21.40 http://www.oxfordairport.co.uk/direc...irections2.htm

You will need to do what everyone else does. Get a carry out and get drunk in the comfort of your room.

Oh soz that price was for a cab. :pinch:
Skweeky's idea is win. Get drinks and go to the park if you can. It's a warm evening and there is a fine park there. :smilie4:

cab price ain't too bad if you are with more than 1
any of you brits want to pick me up in your sleak vehicles and drive me to oxford?
I'll pick you up on my bicycle, like.
Oxford is a student town so I reckon you'll find somewhere open after 11. Might be full of kids but who cares when you need a pint!
Good luck and enjoy!
but 24hr would be better as you wouldnt need so many police at chukkin out time.
some pubs have lock-ins anyway.
