Ok guys here is the deal I start a Thread (here) very similar to this one just to know the best site for pretime on movies and people seems to have differences but the candidates are few site
so here I will start a poll with this candidates to choose the best one and it will help the sites as a feedback
Why is TL on the list? It can't be compared with the others.
They just don't care about the pres there.
SCT has insane pretimes
it is hard to decide flatly. either FTN or SCT.

When you ignore the comments left by a senior staff member of a certain site, then leave them options off the poll, you are in fact not giving everyone the opportunity to vote fairly and are in fact only pointing them in the direction that you wish to go, so what is the point of this poll when you have deliberately ignored such matters, no site will take any notice of this, and the rest of us know what is good and what is not already.
I donīt have SCT, so for me the best pretime site is TL.

SCC has very decent pre times underestimated imo only a few mins but ScT (yes i finally got in!) is jus insane its mental i saw a dvdr in less than 6 mins i mean holy smokes!

Sorry, but I fail to understand why a couple seconds or minutes is so important when grabbing a free movie that you're not even having to pay for (excluding paying certain sites for them).

Tis true most people in here are nabs but that is why Feeling is here to set them straight ;) The nabs here believe sites like SCC and FTN are the fastest when they are clearly not... and we aren't talking about the <1 second it would take to add a sample, its more like 30 seconds to 4 Minute on average for racing sites (CT, SCC, FTN, GFT, DH, ST, etc), and several minutes to hours for others. As for cutting out samples, ScT would win with it and without it so its completely irrelevant, the superb programming knowledge and skill of djGrrr puts ScT light years ahead of 95% of BT Sites out there on the web, maybe some sites don't believe that, but I guess what they believe doesn't matter because its simply the truth. Forgive me if I missed it.. but what does this have to do with anything in this topic? Have you seen the sct code? Have you seen all other sites code? Perhaps you should get a tour of FSC. I don't understand how you can say what you just said. And how can you state that what other people believe doesn't matter and that it's the truth when you yourself can't back that up with anything other than words :ermm: Not trying to pick an fight or argument with you, but you hold no solid ground with that statement.
Regarding the last part of that post.. Every single portion of that is a personal opinion. The only part that might be somewhat true, is the pretimes. Yes, sct has some good pretimes, but so does scc and ftn has beat sct a few times too (yea, it has *shocker*). Now i'll ask it one more time. Is a few seconds faster really going to matter? Or are we having a 12 yr old pissing contest where the blue car is better than the red car just because it's blue..
Perhaps I'm a bit too old for this age group, as I truly have a hard time understanding how someone like yourself can claim a site is better because it lets you have a free and illegal release a few seconds faster. Please, help me understand. Is there a man with a gun to your head saying "IF YOU DONT HAVE IT IN 30 SECONDS OR LESS YOU WILL DIE!!!" or am I missing something?
SCT is known for something actually.. The site with no soul. The day sct can actually work together with other sites without flexing their e-penis is the day hell will freeze over.
I don't want FTN to ever have the fastest pretimes personally, because if we ever turn into a site that throws it's values and history into the trash and fills up with people who only want to be there because of a silly number.. I will put down my torch.

sct has the best overall pretimes. that's right. but do i have to care? :idunno:
pretimes are just one of many many criteria which make a good torrent site.
for some they seem to be extremely important. for others they are just numbers.
i don't mind about minutes or even seconds. it's just an insignificant value.
in todays competition of scene trackers you can get your warez nearly everywhere with the same speed at the same time. at least when you are an average user with an average pipe.
i'm not a buffer, pretime, tracker racing, ratio whore, seedbox kind of guy - just an average user.
the overall impression and charm of a site is more important to me than pretimes measured in seconds. especially when i'm sleeping. :P

i don't really care about pre times unless it's for a tv show that just aired, so i just voted for the favorite one i have, because they all get the things i want right away pretty fast

Pretimes for the average user are like polarbear said. In europe people sleep when american tv shows are pred. When i wake up Lost ,Prison Break and whatever allready have 3 hours or so since pre. But what these few seconds in difference show is the difference between number 1 and the rest of the gang. If you watch Moto GP or Formula 1 you know that the difference of one second means you're this year's champion or the person who lost. So pretimes might be just on the paper for most but they do have their role

A pre-time would only matter to peeps that don't have scene axx and want to up that torrent elsewhere.Sct and other fast pre sites seem to be used as axx for a lot of other sites.
If it would really matter go and check out tracers in irc, thats a poor mans axx
