No, TL has bad pre's. From the sites I have, ScT and SCC are definitely the best for 0day. I don't have FTN, so I don't know the pre's and speeds of that site.
But the pre's and speeds of the other two I mentioned, are very excellent.
ScT has a great pretime, so i have to say Sct

SCC is pretty good since they got freeleech on Music, Videos and Apps, but I heard ScT has freeleech on packs which is also awesome :)
In the end, whether you use a top level tracker or a normal tracker, the only difference is the pre-time...

Of the trackers I'm on, I'd say (1) ScT, (2) TL (3) RevTT and (4) SCC. I'm not on FTN, so I can't say, but it is considered the best (at least by people who are members, haha).

ScT pisses over others at speeds & pre-times.
But, try clicking on apps or consoles at TL & ScT and just see the difference on offer.
Depends what you look for, and I'm an apps junkie so do notice the difference.

Considering seed back, TL/RevTT is the best.
ScT/SCC is hard to seed.
But SCC has freeleech about music/music video.
So We can keep required ratio.
Pretime: SCC/ScT > TL/RevTT,etc

SCT is all you need ... just get on it and then its like ok i've arrived.
For me TL has excellent content but at new torrents DVD-Rs or other with big size the speed is not good and I almost never max out at TL with a new big size torrent which has much more leechers than seeders. That's I say ftn is the best 0day tracker, otherwise TL is excellent.
