I'm pretty sure that's how it is. I've been a member for about a month, and don't have a premium account, and have no invites.
Is newzbin completely closed to new accounts, even with an invite? A few days ago i saw a place to sign up for invites only but now I don't see any way to sign up as a new user - even with an invite. Or is there a special link you get?
unless u know someone who wants to risk their acc, no you cant get a new acc

what is newzbin? do you get access to a news server?
Newzbin is an Indexing site for NZB files. It lists every say album, movie, game, whatever as an NZB file and uploads it to one of these sites, such as Newzbin. If someone wants to download something, they download the NZB file, open it up in their newsreader, and it downloads the file list. Pretty neat, huh ;)Quote:

As for the invites go, after a certain length of time, you get invites.
I am not too sure about exact length, but I know its +4 weeks.

Does everyone know just because you get invited doesn't mean you get in? You can only browse their listing you cannot download 1 single file until you pay for a monthly service charge.
I've been trying to get in for awhile. I know there are better (and free) options out there, but I would like to use Newzbin to add stuff on the fly when i'm not home. My iPhone app allows me to do it via SabNZBd+
