If your invite tree is not good, you never take invite. If it's good, wait i think you'll take invites...

Staff have the right to give invites or not
be patient.
BMTV invites are automatically handed out in 30 day increments depending on the ratio of the user.
If you reach 65GB it takes typically between 10 to 30 minutes for the system to upgrade you to the PU status, and then a while longer (say another 20 minutes or so?) for them to give you the invites.
Keep in mind if you have less than 10GB downloaded you'll be getting 1 or 2. More than that and it's the maximum, 3.
