How much RAM will i need if i plan to have 10,000 users?

I'd say Leaseweb, but I've heard that BREIN has been forcing them to close some trackers, so yeah.
I'd also go with 4GB ram.

anyhow, your coder should be able to address you to the hardware needed... hosts... better is to go east.... (malaysia..?)

Both host numerous trackers, so they could also advise you as to what HW you'll need.

Not many other places are though unfortunately, or they will be fine, but connection will be dire to Europe and North America. (and bw really expensive)
