You can try Demonoid and they also have sites dedicated to cartoons if your kids are younger.

Not sure if I've seen any tracker with such a category. However I'd look for certain filmmakers/producers/teams instead, such as Pixar films, as those movies are fun for the whole family, or so they say :)

yeah I was about to say TTi since it has all the cartoon movies and many shows.
if your looking for kids TV shows try bitmetv though its very hard to get in.
