SITR and TR come to mind off the top of my head. PP has one as well, and kraytracker had one awhile back but it wasn't popular and was affecting the server load.

TR has an awesome radio ..... hvnt heard the one on PP though ..
HHbase and Soundarea are good !
i only know that indietorrents and ts tracker have radio broadcast.
Lovethescene also has radio :) in the near future we could have our own DJ's to!
ScL / Puresound aka TranceRoute and TT [Stream offline almost all the time there]
