ipwn was a romanian noob-made tracker. It originally was some shitty general tracker, so they thought why not make it leet-er and close the signups so only a couple members can join. It's a trend right now, so sysops can trade invites to their shitty worthless trackers for ftn or sct...

You might be right about the rumors. I did hear at least one staff member was banned from a few other trackers.
Their staff wasn't probably all bad though. I've seen becs at a few high ranking trackers and he's seems like a fine member.

PS: i am really curious about you guys who feel sorry for this tracker. i mean,now you are saying that it was a good tracker,promising etc, but everythime when you were on the home page and watching the peers number, guess what : ~30 peers and ~100 peers in the good days.
sgtmajor, i think that you were in staff there, why don`t you ask dunker for some info why the tracker is clossed and let everyone know the reason ;)
