David Blaine is planning to go into a 3 foot wide box for 44 days suspended 40 feet above the river thames without food or water

the question is not whether he can survive this 'amazing' challenge, but how much of a tit is this guy?

Can I suggest he tries one about 2m long, height about 0.5m, width varying between 0.5m at each end to a maximum of about 0.8m near one end.

It is such an obvious con, I really can't undestand why anyone bothers to take it seriously.

Hate to blow my own trumpet (if I could do that I'd never leave the house) but I was the best of a bad bunch. And the aptitude test was piss easy.

Shit man i know exactly the type, but working for Royal Mail ! F*ck me !! In that case im sure you will man, and i have seen the types in the Job Centre and at a few of my interviews. Scary to say the least. One guy at the Bru (the one time i went there and ended up walking out anyway) was told he had recieved enough, he was on the Bru was 15 years, the lady shouted over the heads of all the bums and teenagers you talk of (PMSL) - almost not funny in a way too though.

44 days without food is very possible. My cousin is a chyropracter and goes on fasts regularly. Generally it is 2 days a week, but a couple of months ago he went 40 days. He said it was difficult. So it is entirely possible, and if you train yourself into it, entirely healthy.
