<< The biggest PC game of the year so far >>

I know that most of the year's biggest titles are yet to come in the last quarter, like GTA IV, Fallout 3 and FarCry 2

But in general, what game did you enjoy most?!

For me, I think I found Masseffect a hell of an experience...

Call of duty 4 one of the best games which have been released in 2008 , it's great first person shooter (FPS) u should try it .

I agree it is a righteous game, but it was released in '07.

Assassin's Creed was interesting. I liked the graphics much more than the game play (which I found repetitive). Unfortunately, I can't play Crysis as it lags incredibly. Odd, seeing as I have

DualCore Intel Merom, 2133 MHz
Two 7900 GTX's
2 GB RAM

I really loved RSV2, i don't liuke those games that are all plannin & shit when it's just a shooter.But this & the 1st are really good for the changes they made.
I'm also lovin World in Conflict,awesome game.
And I'll try Mass Effect next cos that sounds excellent.:yup:

I like EA's Tiger Woods 2008 PGA , which is funny as I hate golf . The make a profile in your likeness is a hoot and the new confidence meter is a nice touch .

IMO Mass Effect and Bionic Commando are the best of the year so far and ironically I haven' t really started playing either of them.

@peat moss - You should play '09, I hear it's alot better than '08. I don't think it's out on PC yet though.

I think I d/l a demo of Crysis is that the one with the little girl and her creepy laff ? Or maybe it was FEAR . I finally have a high end machine and would like to try a few but hate the mouse / keyboard style of gaming .

are you all dumbasses? call of duty 4 has been released in november 2007(for you that means it is from year 2007, not 2008 - it ain't important when you played it)
well, i was disappointed with spore, so the biggest pc game of year will be gta iv or fallout 3, but gta iv has already been released on consoles, so the biggest game will be fallout 3.

Warhammer Online actually isn't too bad. I bought the game a couple weeks ago and I've been playing it for about 6 days now. I never thought I would be able to get into MMOs with my low attention span, but surprisingly it is pretty fun playing in short bursts. I can't see myself paying for this game on a monthly basis, however.
