for What, I guess you can go to their IRC and face an interview. If you pass, you will get an invite from them
But I am not sure, it is still going on or not

A good start would be to post in the right section as already suggested and having 22 posts in over 2 months doesn't impress me enough to invite you.
i know that`s a problem but i was gone in vacation:)))..i just came back 3 days ago:)...so i didn`t had internet there or things like this...:(
