Ok i decided to add another additional 512 MB RAM to the server to see if the
"I love to run great for x minutes and then my load goes crazy"
is gone after that.
Please expect some more downs for reboots since everytime if I change something in the config a reboot is required.

Latest Status: 512 MB additional RAM added before 2 mins - yes yes required another reboot ;)
Ok I guess just some little tweaks here and there and it should stay stable :)
