What did you have for Sunday dinner?
I had slow roasted pork loin with a selection of vegetables fried in a tea spoon of balti sauce, potatoes with the skin still on with a dribble of butter and black pepper, mango and coriander chutney and pear cider sauce.
All home made except for the balti sauce.
Yum!
