Wow, DVDQuorum or Demonoid doesn't have it. This might be a hard one to track down. I would suggest requesting it at a site like IPT or RevTT, they're both excellent on filling users requests.

or you can ask for someone upload it in any tracker with request section
KG does have a The Package. But it's a 2006 year. The director/artist is Boris Pavlovich.
So I don't think that's what you're looking for.
