IPT is great, didn't know id developet to a such great tracker.
I remember when it started, was just and average wannabe leet tracker.
TBH one of the best sites out there is pretty well known and easy to get into. Awesome pre's almost as fast as SCT and sometimes seconds earlier (not that I even care) speeds are good and easy to start and maintain a good ratio is Supertorrents. Still oneof my favs I visit almost every day :)

Underground-Gamer is the best site around for classic games. If you want games pre-1995 or so, it has way more than you'll find anywhere else. DL speed are fair to poor.
My Bloody Tracker is the best for twee pop, if you're into that. There's plenty of stuff that you can't find on Waffles or What.
Goem tends to get overlooked for some reason. It has a great selection of older movies that you can't find elsewhere, and the family atmosphere is really appealing.
SCC is the most underrated of them all. The tracker is top notch. And with huge contents and lots of permanent free leech. What else could someone ask ?
TB and TD are underrated to me too,
todays to get into TB is possible, registrations are open when the members are under 70000,
as for the TD, they sometimes open registration, i registered using this way
