Forbidden 403 You don't have permission to access /vb3/ on this server.

iam getting this msg alote lately

"Forbidden 403 You don't have permission to access /vb3/ on this server."

why is this happening

am i doing anything wrong ?

Occasionally. No pattern that I can put my finger on. I think rosso said once it's something to do with the anti-DDoS software :idunno:

don't reload pages too often. Especially don't sit there clicking refresh.
And try not to have many pages of this site running in different windows/tabs.
Creating too many page requests in a certain time makes the server ban you for a short time.

Have the same issue. i have only one page open and i don't refreshing to often.
I'm using Firefox v3.0.4.
