It's pretty new so it hasn't been added to the WTAW thread. There also isn't a review for it yet, so I can't really point you anywhere right now :P
Basically it's a tracker you don't need to worry about just yet. I would give it a few months to see if it's going to be any good.

On topic- Tit=nice old torrent site which has been dug up and come back though give it a few months to slowly start getting more seeders and users.
Its a project that needs a little time.. let it gain a few users and put it on open reg for a while and it will be super great..
