u must ask an admin.
he will then check your account for IP changes, and if u have a positive ratio, and no warnings, u can get one.
of course, that if u talk to an admin, u will lose your account... suddenly it has an egypt IP, changing from an hungarian one....
He already played his trick with an alleged - and "stolen" - BH - account. I haven't fully been convinced of his sincerity. I have my reservations regarding bassam12...
